GoTo Connect for Odoo puts your phone system where your customer data already lives. Reps dial straight from a Contact, a CRM lead, or the always-on systray dialer, and their GoTo line rings instantly — no second tab, no numbers copied by hand, no desk-phone juggling.
Every call captures itself. Direction, duration, outcome and the recording are saved automatically, a tidy summary is posted to the contact and lead chatter, and inbound calls are matched to a record and popped on screen before anyone says hello. Each agent links their own GoTo account over OAuth 2.0, so calls go out on their line and every log is attributed to the person who made it.
It is engineered for production: tokens are stored server-side and readable only by administrators, settings are admin-only, webhooks arrive on a secret-protected per-database endpoint, and call enrichment runs asynchronously in bounded batches so events never pile up in the request path. Install it on self-hosted Odoo 18 Community, run every feature free for 14 days, then keep it with a one-time $99 licence covering one Odoo database and unlimited users.
