3yadtk (عيادتك) runs a clinic end to end, from the booking to the invoice: the queue, the record, prescriptions, lab orders, session packages and insurance claims, in one Arabic-native system. It is built for 14 MENA countries, with bilingual invoices and VAT calculated at each country's statutory rate.
Most of what a clinic loses, it loses quietly — a completed visit nobody invoiced, a paid-for package that expired on the shelf, a claim sitting unanswered for weeks. A revenue leakage panel sits on the first screen you open and counts exactly that, with every number linking straight into the list behind it, plus a no-show risk score on each appointment built from the patient's history, visit type and timing.
Six specialties get their own EMR rather than a generic template: general and family medicine, dental with a 32-tooth SVG chart and multi-stage treatment plans, aesthetic and dermatology with before-and-after galleries and package session tracking, physiotherapy with session countdowns and functional outcome scoring, ophthalmology with per-eye vision charts and intraocular pressure, and paediatrics with growth percentiles and a batch-level vaccination record. An assistant answers in Arabic or English from any screen — both questions about your own data and questions about how the system works — and sees only what the asker's role permits.
Security is built for health data: sensitive patient fields are encrypted one by one with AES-256-GCM before they are written and searched through a blind index, with TLS 1.3, TOTP two-factor authentication and one active session per user. The audit log records who opened which file, when and from which IP — reads as well as writes — and the database itself refuses to delete or alter a row of it, so not even a clinic admin can erase their own trail.
One plan covers unlimited doctors, patients and branches at $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, after a 30-day trial with no credit card. NPHIES, NABIDH and the WhatsApp Business API are in development; in-region hosting is available on request as a paid add-on, with Europe the default.
