muqawil is built for general contractors and subcontractors across the Arab world, where the job runs in Arabic and English at once and the site often has no signal. Arabic and English are both first-class: RTL is native rather than bolted on, every BOQ line, document and report carries both language fields, and the whole interface flips direction in one tap.
Sixteen integrated modules cover the full project lifecycle — projects and sites with phases, milestones, Gantt timelines and GPS geofences; workers and GPS-stamped attendance validated against the site boundary; tasks on a Kanban board per phase with photo evidence; bills of quantities with progress billing by percent complete and Excel import and export; a document vault with version history and a Draft to Review to Approved workflow; RFIs, submittals with revision tracking, daily reports, punch lists and inspections, change orders, materials and purchase orders, financial control, safety incidents, analytics, notifications and access control.
Field work does not stop when the connection does. Pending operations are stored in IndexedDB on the device, and the sync queue replays them in order when you reconnect — halting on a validation error rather than cascading bad data into the server, with conflict detection to prevent duplicate submissions. It installs from the browser on any Android phone: no app store, no installer, no updates to chase.
